- 700 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp medium-hot Mustard
- 2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Rinse the peppers, remove the stems, seeds and pith and dice. Soak the bread in lukewarm water. Peel the eggs. Peel the onions, chop finely and sauté in 1 tablespoon hot oil until translucent. Remove from the heat and mix in the dried herbs.

Add the ground beef, raw egg, mustard, peppers and parsley. Squeeze out the excess water from the bread. Add the bread to the meat mixture and season with salt and pepper. Grease a baking pan with oil. Spread out 1/2 the meat mixture, arrange the hard-boiled eggs down the center, cover with the remaining meat mixture, shape into a loaf, brush with the remaining oil and bake for 50-60 minutes.
