- For the minced meat dumplings
- 600 grams mixed Ground meat
- 1 onion
- 20 grams butter
- 1 kaiser roll (day-old)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- ½ Cucumber
- ½ bunch Dill
- 500 grams nonfat Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 grams Sour cream
- 1 garlic clove

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and finely chop onion. Fry onion in butter. Soak roll in hot water, then squeeze to remove liquid. In a bowl, combine roll, onion, mustard and ground meat. Season with salt and pepper. With moistened hands, form small meatballs and fry in oil, about 6 minutes per side.

Peel and halve cucumber, then scrape out seeds and chop.
3.
Rinse dill and finely chop fronds. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press.
4.
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, creme fraiche, cucumber, dill and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
