- 1 Cucumber (Or 3 Turkish cucumber)
- 800 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped Dill
- 2 Tbsps chopped Walnut
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- mint (to garnish)
- grilled Flatbread

Preparation steps
1.
Peel, seed and cut the cucumber into very small cubes. Stir in yogurt, 0.25 liters (approximately 1 cup) of cold water, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt.
2.
Mix in parsley and dill and pour into serving glasses. Sprinkle nuts over the top, drizzle with olive oil and serve garnished with mint. Serve with grilled flatbread, if desired.
