- 6 ½ cups Beef (diced)
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 4 onions (diced)
- 2 Tbsps tomato puree
- 2 Tbsps paprika
- 1 tsp ground Caraway
- 1 cup dry Red wine
- 1 ⅔ cups Meat stock
- 2 red peppers (diced)
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

Fry the meat in hot oil on a high heat and add the onions. Fry for a few minutes and then stir in the tomato puree, paprika and the caraway. Deglaze with the wine. Add the stock and simmer on a low heat for around 1.5 hours stirring occasionally.

Add the pepper and cook for a further 30 min until the meat is tender. If necessary add some more stock. Finally season with salt and ground black pepper and serve drizzled with sour cream.
