1 tsp Baking powder
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
150 grams sugar
150 grams butter
2 tsps Matcha (powder)
1 Tbsp honey
2 eggs

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Grease the madeleine molds with butter.

Combine the flour, baking powder, sesame seeds and sugar in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the matcha powder and honey. Allow to cool slightly. Stir the butter mixture into the flour, then mix in the eggs, one at a time. Mix until smooth then divide the mixture between the madeleine molds. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with matcha powder and sesame seeds before serving.
