800 milliliters hot water
200 milliliters hot milk

Preparation steps

1.

Pour the Matcha powder into a bowl and stir in a little cold water to form a smooth paste.

2.

Then pour the hot (about 80°-90°C, approximately 175°-190°F) water into the Matcha paste and stir vigorously with a fork (or a whisk). Divide the tea between four glasses and froth the hot milk.

3.

Pour the frothed milk carefully into the tea and scoop some foam on top of each glass. Serve immediately.
