- 1 kilogram starchy potatoes
- 1 sm can Saffron (1/10 grams)
- 250 milliliters Whipped cream
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan (or goat cheese)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Then peel and press through a potato ricer.
2.
Heat the saffron with the cream and stir the butter and Parmesan (or goat cheese) into the potatoes. Serve seasoned with salt.
