- For the salmon appetizers
- 120 grams Smoked salmon
- 50 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp Horseradish cream (from a jar)
- 1 tsp chopped Dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
- 8 round Crackers
- 1 Tbsp scallions (or chives)
- parsley (for garnish)
- For the marinated figs with mozzarella
- 4 ripe, small Figs
- 2 Tbsps aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- salt
- red peppers
- 150 grams Buffalo mozzarella
- peppers
- 8 slices Bacon
- 8 Party picks

Preparation steps

For the salmon appetizers, cut the smoked salmon into 8 strips. Mix the cream cheese with horseradish and herbs, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the crackers with cream cheese, place a piece of salmon on each and press down gently. Garnish with scallions and parsley leaves.

For the marinated figs with mozzarella, rinse the figs, pat dry and cut in half. Heat the vinegar with the honey slightly, season with salt and crushed red pepper. Brush the figs with it and marinate while covered for 15 minutes. Cut the cheese into 8 pieces, season with salt and pepper and roll up in a slice of bacon. Place a fig half on it and attach with a toothpick.
