- 400 grams Feta
- 2 dried Peperoncini
- 3 cloves
- ½ tsp peppercorns
- 4 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 leaves Lovage
- 2 sprigs oregano
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 200 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

Cut the feta cheese into cubes and place in a bowl. Add the chilis, cloves, and peppercorns. Peel the garlic and crush lightly. Rinse the herbs, pat dry, and tear the sprigs into smaller pieces. Add to the cheese, and mix everything until well combined. Transfer everything to a prepared glass jar. Cover with olive oil, making sure that everything is covered.

Marinate for at least 2 hours (but preferably overnight) in the refrigerator before serving.
