Marinated Baked Swordfish
Rinse fish, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Squeeze lemon juice from one lemon. Rinse parsley and chop finely, mix with lemon juice, garlic and olive oil.
Place swordfish slices on a baking sheet and sprinkle with lemon marinade. Let stand for 30 minutes and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Cut second lemon into slices or wedges. Arrange fish on plates, garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
