- 2 Mangoes (About 350 grams)
- 4 tsps lemon juice
- 10 grams powdered sugar
- 50 grams Amaretti biscuits
- 10 grams butter
- 2 egg whites (Medium)
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 tsp Amaretto (Almond liqueur)
Preparation steps

Peel mangoes, cut flesh away from core in 4 slices on either side. Cut in a fan shape so it still holds together on one side. Drizzle with lemon juice and dust with powdered sugar.

Grind amaretti cookies in a food processor.

Combine amaretti cookies with butter and spread over plates.

Beat egg whites. Gradually sprinkle in sugar and continue beating until sugar is dissolved. Fold in amaretto. Arrange mango slices in a fan shape on plates. Place egg white mixture in a pastry bag with a smooth tip. Pipe decoratively over the top of mango. Cook under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and serve.
