Nutritional values
Oat bran and apricots contain plenty of fibre, which is often lacking in children. In addition, the shake covers about one fifth of the daily requirement of vitamin B1 and one third of the iron requirement.
The shake is also perfect for breakfast if your child does not like to eat in the morning.
