1 tsp lemon juice
75 grams Cucumber
1 tsp pickled green peppercorns

Preparation steps

1.

Remove skin from mackerel and debone. Tear mackerel into pieces and puree with creme fraiche and lemon juice. Peel and halve cucumber lengthwise and scrape out seeds with a spoon.

2.

Finely dice cucumber. Drain and chop peppercorns. Mix cucumber and peppercorns with the mackerel puree. Season lightly with salt.
