- 250 grams smoked Mackerel
- 1 pc Cucumber (bout 150 grams)
- 2 large Lettuce
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 2 tsps Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Dill (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Remove fish skin and cut into strips. Peel cucumber and cut into 1/2 cm (approximately 1/5 inch) thick slices. Rinse lettuce leaves, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces, if needed.
2.
Toast bread and spread with cream cheese and mustard. Arrange lettuce and cucumber on top, season with a little salt and add mackerel. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with dill. Serve.
