20 grams dried Porcini mushroom
50 grams raw ham
1 onion
500 grams turkey breasts

4 Tbsps olive oil
150 grams Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
400 grams short macaroni

Preparation steps

1.

Soak the porcini mushrooms in 250 ml (approximately 1¼ cups) hot water for about 20 minutes.

Cut the ham in cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely.

Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized pieces.

Drain the porcini mushrooms on a sieve and collect the soaking water. Chop the porcini mushrooms coarsely.

Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, and fry in a pan in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion and diced ham in it. Add the porcini mushrooms along with the soaking water, stir in the crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Add the turkey breast and chopped parsley to the ham and porcini mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the macaroni and serve with turkey breast and sauce.
