Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the turkey and pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut into thin strips.

Peel and chop the onion. Trim and wipe the mushrooms and cut into slices. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves.

2.

Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente.

3.

Meanwhile, heat some butter in a large, nonstick skillet. Brown the turkey, season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan again.

Add the onions and the mushrooms to the pan with some more butter and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with the wine and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the pastry cream and return the turkey to the pan. Simmer for about 5 minutes until done, do not allow it to boil. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Drain the macaroni and transfer to plates. Arrange the turkey and mushrooms on top and serve garnished with parsley.
