On the grain bread low-carb tastes grainy cream cheese with tomatoes, cucumbers or radishes. You can also enjoy the bread with a delicious low-carb soup. Here we have put together our favourite soups for you.

4 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 tsp Baking powder
50 grams Sunflower seed
50 grams ground flaxseed
2 Tbsps Wheat bran
2 Tbsps Chia seeds
4 Tbsps Oats
1 Tbsp Psyllium
50 grams skinless Hazelnuts

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 320°F). Grease a loaf pan with butter and dust with breadcrumbs.

Mix the quark with the eggs. Stir in the salt and baking soda, then stir in the sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, wheat bran, chia seeds, oats, psyllium shells and hazelnuts. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes. Remove from the oven, cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Serve cut into slices.
