- 600 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 75 milliliters Lime juice
- 60 grams sugar
- 1 organic Lime

Preparation steps

Whisk the yogurt, lime juice and sugar together. Rinse the lime in hot water, pat dry and finely grate the zest. Finely chop half of the zest.
2.
Layer lime mousse and chopped lime zest in dessert glasses. Garnish with remaining zest. Serve chilled.
