500 milliliters Corn oil

Preparation steps

1.

Trim the lemongrass, halve lengthwise, and place in a bottle.

Rinse the cilantro and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and add to the jar with the lemongrass. 

3.

Fill the bottle with the oil, seal tightly, and let infuse for at least 2 days.
