2 handfuls Berry (such as Raspberries and blueberries)
20 Ice cubes
17 ozs mineral water bubbly (well chilled)

Preparation steps

Bring 200 ml / 7 ounces of water to a boil with the sugar.

Rinse the lemons and limes in hot water, then pat dry. Remove the zest from one of the lemons and from one of the limes. Cut 1 lemon and 1 lime in half. Thinly slice one half of the lemon and one half of the lime. Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemons and limes. Remove the syrup from the heat, and the zest and the mint, and let cool.

Wipe the berries. Divide the berries, sliced lemons, and sliced limes into glasses. Pass the syrup through a fine strainer, then add the citrus juice. Pour the syrup mixture into the glass, top with ice cubes, and fill with mineral water. Garnish with mint, and serve.
