- 2 ½ cups Blueberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups Yogurt
- 1 tsp dried Lavender
- ⅔ cup cream

Preparation steps
1.
In a mixer, blend the berries to a fine purée with the sugar and lemon juice. Put around 6 tbsp of the purée to one side.

Stir the yoghurt and lavender into the mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Spoon into small moulds (approx. 150 ml each, e. g. small pudding moulds) and top with the reserved berry purée. Freeze for at least 4 hours. After 1-2 hours, insert small wooden sticks into the lollies, then leave to freeze thoroughly.
3.
To serve, dip the moulds briefly in warm water and remove the lollies.
