Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, combine flour with yeast and salt. Mix in lukewarm water until a smooth dough is formed. Cover and let stand about 30 minutes.

Coat your hands with oil and form dough into patties. Flatten patties to about the width of a plate. In hot oil, fry patties until golden-brown, about 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and serve with toppings to taste.
