- 1 Tbsp red Pepper Paste
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 2 tsps Coriander
- ½ tsp red Chili flakes
- 3 tsps chopped oregano
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
- olive oil
- 3 ⅓ cups lean Lamb shoulder (cut into cubes)
- To garnish
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes (quartered)
- lemons
- Onion ring
- oregano

Product recommendation
If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before using, to avoid burning.
Preparation steps
1.
Combine all the ingredients except the lamb, to form a paste. Carefully mix with the lamb. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Heat the grill.

Put the lamb cubes on skewers and cook under the grill for 4-6 minutes on each side until the lamb is tender.
4.
Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, lemon slices, onion rings and oregano on serving plates and place the lamb kebabs alongside.
