800 grams Lamb shoulder
3 garlic cloves
1 lemon (juiced)
5 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tomatoes
2 Red chili peppers
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp rosemary
2 organic lemons
salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

Peel garlic, press into a bowl and mix with lemon juice, 4 tablespoons oil and salt and pepper to taste. Rinse meat, pat dry, chop, add to the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours. stirring occasionally. Rinse tomatoes and quarter. Cut chile peppers in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds and cut in half lengthwise again.

Take the meat cubes out of the marinade, drain and thread on wooden skewers alternating with tomatoes and chile peppers. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the skewers on all sides for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving and serve with slices of lemon.
