Lamb and Potatoes Casserole

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top and bottom heat.
Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Rinse and peel vegetables, dice finely. Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Layer potatoes, meat and vegetables in a buttered baking dish, seasoning each layer with salt and pepper. Finich with potatoes and season well again. Add broth and bake, covered, in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 90 minutes. Shortly before the end of baking, uncover and bake until potatoes are nicely browned. Garnish with parsley and serve.
