- 2 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ cup Buffalo mozzarella (drained and cubed)
- 1 Cantaloupe (balled)
- ½ cup Serrano ham
- ½ tsp Coriander (crushed)
- red Chili flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Place the mozzarella in a small mixing bowl and season with the red chilli flakes and crushed coriander seeds.
2.
Spoon the melon balls into a serving bowl and then arrange the mozzarella next to them.
3.
Drape slices of the Serrano ham over the top of the melon and mozzarella. Serve chilled.
