- 75 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 1 pinch sugar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 sprigs Basil
- peppers
Preparation steps

Peel the garlic, finely dice, and crush into a paste with a little salt. Mix the garlic with the vinegar, broth, and sugar. Gradually incorporate the oil into the mixture, whisking constantly.
