- 1 Ciabatta (or baguette roll)
- 2 slices Bacon
- ½ cup fresh Buffalo mozzarella
- 6 cherry Tomatoes
- Red onions
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- balsamic vinegar
- olive oil
- Basil

Preparation steps
1.
Split the ciabattini and toast in the oven (or in a toaster).
2.
Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crisp. Drain and slice the mozzarella. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the onion.
3.
Brush each ciabattini half with a little olive oil and top with the bacon, mozzarella, tomatoes and onion. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Serve garnished with basil.
