- 1 ⅓ cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups Mascarpone
- 2 cups plain Yogurt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pkg Ladyfinger (3 ounce) split and cubed
- 3 Tbsps cold Espresso
- 1 cup Red currant jelly (or raspberry jelly)
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
In a chilled stainless steel or glass bowl, beat the cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
2.
In a separate bowl, combine the mascarpone, yogurt and cinnamon.
3.
Place the cubed ladyfingers in a bowl, drizzle with espresso; toss to coat. Let stand for about 4 to 5 minutes.
4.
Place a layer of the mascarpone mixture in the bottom of 4 dessert glasses, followed by a layer of espresso soaked ladyfingers, a layer of jelly and finally a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers ending with whipped cream. Dust with cocoa power. Chill and serve.
