- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 cups dried Milk powder
- ½ cup Almond flour
- ½ cup chopped Pistachio
- 1 tsp ground Cardamom
- 1.333 cups canned sweetened condensed milk

Butter a 20cm|8" square tin.

Melt the butter in a heavy-based pan over a low heat. Stir in the milk powder, ground almonds, pistachios and cardamom. Stir and cook for about 10 minutes until the mixture begins to turn golden.
3.
Heat the condensed milk in another pan over a low heat. Pour into the nut mixture and remove from the heat.
4.
Stir to combine, then pour into the tin. Leave to set, then cut into pieces.
