- For the kebabs
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 tsps Turmeric
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 Tbsps Oil
- Limes (juiced)
- 4 Chicken breasts (skinned and cut into chunks)
- For the raita
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ Cucumber (deseeded and chopped)
- 2 sprigs mint (leaves chopped)
- 1 green chili pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- To serve
- Lime wedge
- Naan

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Sieve, 1 Small knife, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Hand mixer mit Knethaken, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Rolling pin
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the garlic, turmeric, curry powder, oil and lime juice. Mix in the chicken chunks and leave to marinate for 2 hours.

For the raita, mix togther all the ingredients and set aside.

Heat the broiler to a medium setting. Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers and broil for about 6 minutes, turning from time to time, or until the chicken is cooked through.
4.
Serve the kebabs with the lime wedges to garnish and naan breads alongside.
