- 5 tsps Darjeeling tea
- 1 lemon
- 1 bowl Ice cubes
- 4 centiliters Cachaça
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 250 milliliters mineral water
- Ice cubes (for the glasses)
- mint (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse the lemon, and cut several thin slices from it. Cut the remaining lemon into small pieces. Add the tea to a bowl, and cover with 1/2 liter (approximately 1/2 quart) of boiling water. Let the tea steep for 3 minutes. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes, then add the tea. Mix in the cachaca and lime juice, then fill with the mineral water.

Fill a few glasses with ice cubes and a slice of lemon. Add the tea to the glasses, garnish with mint, and serve.
