- 250 grams Strawberries
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 50 grams Blueberries
- 4 Tbsps prepared Raspberry sauce
- 250 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
- 250 milliliters Vanilla ice cream (softened)
- Tort Wafer (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Toast the chopped almonds in a dry pan until golden brown and transfer to a plate. Rinse and halve the strawberries. Rinse the blueberries and raspberries and pat dry. Mix the berries with the raspberry sauce.

Mix the cream quark and softened ice cream together until smooth. Scoop the ice cream mixture into small dessert bowls and spoon the berry mixture over the top. Sprinkle with the toasted almonds, garnish with tort wafers and serve immediately.
