Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add hot dogs, reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes.

Slit buns lengthwise (do not cut through). Spoon 3-4 tablespoons sauerkraut into each bun.

Place hot dogs in buns and serve with mustard, relish and ketchup as desired.
