3 tsps sugar
100 grams dark Chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch allspice
100 milliliters Calvados
½ organic lemon (zest)

Preparation steps

1.

Heat the milk, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and allspice in a pot. Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted. Do not boil!

2.

Cool the liquid slightly. Stir in the Calvados and lemon zest. Serve immediately.
