- 3 Serrano chili peppers (washed; seeds removed and finely chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (washed; shaken dry and finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
- 1 bag Tortilla chip
