1 Place the shallots, garlic, chilli, cumin, fennel, coriander, oil, lemon juice and yoghurt into a food processor and blend until you have a paste.
2 Place the lamb cubes into a large bowl, mix in the paste and set aside to marinate for 2 hours.
3 Heat the barbecue or grill (griddle) to hot. Thread the lamb cubes onto metal skewers and cook for about 6-7 minutes, turning frequently.
4 Serve garnished with the coriander.
