1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Vegetable brush, 1 Pot, 1 Roasting pan mit Deckel, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Brush, 1 Grill pan oder Auflaufform, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Paper towel, 1 Wooden spoon

Preparation steps

Heat the grill.

Mix together the minced lamb, onions, garlic, chilli flakes, coriander, salt and black pepper to taste, until bound together.
3.
Divide the mixture into 8 and mould it into long sausage shapes around soaked wooden skewers.
4.
Brush with oil and grill the kebabs for 5-10 minutes, turning, until cooked through.

Serve with aubergines and garnish with red chilli, lemon wedges, snipped parsley and coriander
