1 Goat cheese (about 200 grams)
2 Tbsps coarsely ground peppers
1 Tbsp finely chopped Chives
1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsps Basil (cut into strips)
1 finely chopped garlic clove
2 onions
olive oil
4 Tomatoes
2 Tbsps small white Beans (canned)
salt
peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps

1.

Sprinkle ground pepper and herbs on a clean work surface and mix together. Roll goat cheese log in mixture until completely coated.

Cut cheese into slices. Rinse tomatoes, then blanch in boiling water, peel, halve, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Mix tomatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, garlic, basil and beans. Peel and cut onion into rings. Fry onion rings in plenty of hot oil until crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Arrange goat cheese slices on small plates and top with tomatoes and onion rings. Garnish with some rosemary sprigs and serve with a slice of white bread if desired.
