150 grams Quark (or yogurt)
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tomatoes
½ bunch Radish
½ packet Fresh herbs
salt

1 pinch sugar
1 tsp olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes and cook. Meanwhile, stir the quark with the sour cream until smooth in a bowl.

Rinse, dry and cut the top "lid" of the tomatoes and save for later. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon and finely crush. Risne the radishes, pat dry and chop finely. Mix the tomato pulp with the quark mixture and herbs.

3.

Season with salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Fill the tomatoes with the quark mixture and put the "lid" to the stuffed tomatoes on top.

4.

Drain the potatoes. Serve warm potatoes alongside the tomatoes.
