50 grams fresh baby Spinach
1 garlic clove
2 tsps Caper

50 grams freshly grated Parmesan
50 grams chopped, peeled almonds
100 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the herbs, then dry thoroughly. Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Drain the capers thoroughly.

2.

Puree the herbs, spinach, garlic, capers, and almonds in a blender with a little oil. With the motor running, add enough oil until a thick pesto has formed. Place in a bowl and mix in the parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper, garnish with herbs, and serve.
