100 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, basil, lemon balm, dill, parsley)
2 dried chili peppers
2 garlic cloves
300 milliliters Safflower oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and coarsely chop. Add the herbs, garlic cloves, and the chili peppers to a prepared jar. Cover with the oil, and seal tightly. Let the mixture infuse for at least 1 week.

Pass the oil through a fine strainer into a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly. The oil will keep for about 4 weeks.
