- 100 grams mixed Fresh herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, basil, lemon balm, dill, parsley)
- 2 dried chili peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 300 milliliters Safflower oil

Rinse the herbs and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the stems and coarsely chop. Add the herbs, garlic cloves, and the chili peppers to a prepared jar. Cover with the oil, and seal tightly. Let the mixture infuse for at least 1 week.

Pass the oil through a fine strainer into a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly. The oil will keep for about 4 weeks.
