- 500 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme
- salt
- peppers
- 1 large Cucumber
- 6 hardboiled eggs

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and chop finely. Pluck the leaves from the herbs and finely chop.
2.
Mix everything with the quark and season with salt and pepper. Pour into a glass jar.
3.
Rinse, halve and cut lengthwise the cucumber into long strips. Peel and halve the boiled eggs. Serve with the cheese as a dip.
