- 70 grams mixed Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, rosemary, some sage leaves, etc.)
- 75 grams peeled almonds
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
- 75 grams grated Parmesan
- 100 milliliters olive oil
- 75 grams black Olives

Preparation steps
1.
Peel garlic and chop coarsely. Rinse herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves and place with garlic in a blender. Add almonds, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Purée and gradually add oil. Remove pits from olives and cut into slices.
2.
Mix sauce with olives and season to taste.
