Basic recipe
1 cup milk
1 Banana (cut into chunks)
¾ cup plain Yogurt
honey (optional)
Additions
½ cup Fruit (e. g, peaches, bananas, strawberries, blackcurrant, avocado)

Preparation steps

1.
Peel the fruit of choice, if appropriate and cut into small pieces.
2.
Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey if liked.
3.
Pour into a chilled glass.
