- 3 Tbsps Oil
- 16 ozs white Cabbage (shredded)
- 1 red Bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 shallot (sliced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ Lime (juice)
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- Fish sauce
- ⅓ cup Peanuts (chopped)
- 4 Sea bass fillet (each weighing about 150 g)
- 2 Tbsps flour
- Oil (for deep-frying)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a wok until hot. Add the cabbage, peppers and shallot and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the salt and stir a few more times. Add the sesame oil and cook over a high heat for 1-2 minutes, until the cabbage has softened.

Stir in the lime juice and sugar. Add fish sauce to taste.

Toast the chopped peanuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Dust the fish with flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish fillets for 3-4 minutes, until cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper.
6.
Divide the cabbage between 4 plates, place a piece of fish on top of each and serve sprinkled with peanuts.
