- 1 cup Orange juice (from 4 oranges)
- 1 cup Beet juice (unsweetened)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- to garnish
- 8 slices Oranges

Kitchen utensils
1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kitchen towel, 4 Wooden skewers, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps
1.
Divide the crushed ice between 4 glasses.
2.
Sift the orange juice into a jug, then pour int the beetroot/beet juice and honey. Mix it thoroughly.
3.
Pour the juice over the crushed ice and fill up with sparkling mineral water.
4.
Skewer the orange slices onto the bamboo sticks
5.
Garnish the glasses with the orange sticks.
