2 Tbsps butter
150 grams cooked ham
2 stems parsley
30 grams Parmesan (one piece)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut ham and pineapple into cubes. Finely chop parsley.

2.

Mix together rice, ham and pineapple. Season with salt and pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese. Divide rice salad among bowls, top with cheese and parsley and serve.
