Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F).

For the dough, put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead with a dough hook until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Divide dough into 2 parts and roll each into a round, thin shape. Place each dough round on a pizza pan.

For the topping, season the tomato puree with paprika, pepper, oregano and salt and spread over the rounds. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Tear the ham into pieces. Clean mushrooms and finely slice. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Arrange ham, mushrooms and tomatoes on the pizzas and sprinkle with onion. Cut the cheese into thin strips and arrange over pizzas. Sprinkle with oregano and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
