- 6 slices cooked ham
- 6 button Mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic cloves (chopped)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (with fan).

For the pizza base, crumble the yeast into a bowl and mix smoothly with the sugar and 200 ml lukewarm water. Add the flour, 4 tbsp olive oil and the salt and knead to a pliable dough. Cover and put in a warm place to rise for about 1 hour. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, shape into balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface to circles approximately 26 cm in diameter. Place on 4 oiled pizza trays or baking tins.

Mix the creamed tomatoes with 1/2 tsp thyme and the marjoram. Season lightly with salt and pepper and add a pinch of sugar. Spread the mixture on the pizza bases. Thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange on top of the tomato sauce. Cut the ham into pieces and arrange evenly on the pizza. Clean and slice the mushrooms and add to the pizza topping.

Scatter with the rest of the thyme and the garlic, sprinkle with oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
